Position Title: Transaction Specialist (15)

SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Responsible for providing manager self service and employee self service workflow administrative support and transactional processing in the areas of employee data maintenance, benefits inquiries, time management, recruiting administration, reporting, distribution of HR program materials and SAP testing and auditing. Receives processes and enters data received by Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS).
Process data changes in HR systems (e.g., SAP Human Capital Management (HCM)) by collecting completed forms, ensuring HR data is complete, entering data into the systems, and following up as appropriate. Transaction activities may include (but is not limited to):
-Processing organizational management transactions in SAP
-Performing non-employee transactions in SAP
-Support recruiting activities (e.g. perform initial screening of applicants who dont meet basic job requirements, process background checks, support manual process exceptions for candidates who do not apply online)
-Administering and processing new hire information and documentation in SAP
-Executing rehire or reinstatement transactions in SAP
-Processing promotion/demotion/transfer transactions in SAP
-Correcting and adjusting employee time in SAP
Audit completed transactions in HR systems (e.g. SAP HCM) to ensure accuracy.
EDUCATION: Associates Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree in a related field.
PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE: Experience with SAP. Some years experience in a call center atmosphere preferred.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Computer skills and the ability to learn HR systems. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills required.

COMMENTS: Position is in Human Resources Shared Service Center located at 405 King Street, Wilmington, DE. Relocation benefits are available for current (as of 02/08/2010) Human Resources employees ONLY.
