SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Responsible for evaluating and monitoring business process activities to further continuous improvement of Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) functions. Works closely with Director, HR Technology and Information Technology (IT) to ensure Human Capital Management (HCM) systems support HRSS operational requirements. Responsible for identifying, analyzing and developing improvements in productivity, quality, client relationships, and customer service. Recommends changes to business processes and/or assist with creating new, more efficient operational processes. Tracks and monitors HRSS performance metrics and creates performance scorecard. Oversee continuous operational SAP data audits.
Provide analytical support in the development and implementation of continuous improvement changes and business process projects. Collaborates with HR managers to ensure that functional business processes that are handled by HRSS are documented and continuously updated. Provide feedback to the HRSS Managers and Director, HRSS to assist in the creation of performance improvement goals and the development of training programs and metrics. Assist with the creation of monthly consolidated HRSS scorecards and coordinate updates to HRSS operations-related knowledgebase materials
EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or an operations related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
WORK EXPERIENCE: Demonstrated experience in operational processes, HCM technology and/or human resources operations or related fields. SAP or comparable HR information system experience required.
PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of Six Sigma or continuous business improvement techniques is a plus.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Ability to separate and combine tasks into efficient work flow; knows what to measure and how to measure it; can see opportunities for synergy and integration beyond organizational boundaries; able to simplify complex processes
COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
COMMENTS: Position is in Human Resources Shared Service Center located at 405 King Street, Wilmington, DE. Relocation benefits are available for current (as of 02/08/2010) Human Resources employees ONLY.
