POSITION: Director Material Accounting and Bank Reconciliation (Temporary)
DEPARTMENT: Finance

RATE OF PAY: $80,000 - $100,000

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL APPLICANTS
DUTIES: This position is responsible for directing all accounting activity for 2 diverse financial operations Material Accounting and Bank Reconciliation. Has the fiduciary responsibility for fiscal control of these areas and their balances on the financial statements.
EDUCATION: Must have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and/or work experience. Prefer CPA or MBA.
WORK EXPERIENCE: Must have significant experience in the following areas:
Automated accounting setting, supervisory experience, and knowledge of inventory systems. Prior satisfactory job performance required.
PREFFERED WORK EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of automated material, manufacturing, handling, costing, systems, SAP or Oracle experience.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Proven analytical skills, Extensive experience in designing accounting controls.
COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Persuasive Oral/Written communication skills.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 15 with 3 direct reports.
TRAVEL: 30%
COMMENTS: This position will be for approximately 18 months.
